We’ve been on a health kick in our home. Ava loves pizza ( which kid doesn’t) but I didn’t expect this healthy pizza to be so mouth watering . Let’s face it anything leafy our babes want to run away from. I felt bad I didn’t make two pies Ava was all over it! She even helped sprinkle on the cheese.
1 pound of refrigerated pizza dough from Trader Joes of your choice ( ours was gluten free)
A few cloves of garlic ( one head)
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil I worked a lot of it for the crust
Organic tomatoe sauce
2cups of Trader Joe’s vegan mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped basil
1/2 cup of oregano
1/2 cup of kosher salt
Sprinkle some garlic
Sprinkle some black ground pepper
1 bag of frozen spinach (thawed, remove moisture)
1 Cup of soy feta cheese from Trader Joe’s
